Production Times

I typically can get orders out in 2-3 business days. This may change with higher volume of orders and you will be notified if there are any major delays outside a grace period of 5 business days.

What Type Of Payment Do You Accept

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping

All physical goods are shipped First Class USPS unless requested otherwise and paid for in full. Most domestic items only take 2-3 business days but can take up to 5-7 full business days at times.

I do offer international shipping, however, I do not cover any additional costs other than first class shipping rates to get it shipped to you. It is owner responsibility to know if there are additional fees other than what is taken to get a packaged shipped. These fees are the owner responsibility to discover and pay for once an order has been shipped. Please note anything shipped international will typically take 2-3 weeks time however an item can not be investageted until a full 30 days has passed in which case if item is insure and item can be resent due to being in stock and available will be shipped again or a full refund will be given.

Refunds For Digital Goods & Downloads

There are no refunds if your items have been “downloaded.” Please make sure to read carefully all listing details to make sure you are purchasing the correct item or size available.

Since items are delivered digitally, I cannot reverse a download delivery or transaction. There is simply no way to ascertain whether an item has been printed yet so I cannot offer refunds for any digital items.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have issues with your download process please do not hesitate in contacting me. I will do what I can to resolve any possible issues.

 

Return Policy For Physical Goods

There is a 30-day return policy for most unopened and unused physical items, for a full refund of product price only. There are no refunds on shipping charges and return items are shipped back at the expense of the customer with the exception of when an item that is being returned due to our error or from being a defective product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
